We'll close the Spring planting season of 2025 with a group of students in the St Gallen region. We're sponsoring 25 new native plants during their school biodiversity week, to enrich the school grounds!

We are happy to support the Projektwoche zum Thema Biodiversität mit den Kindergärten und der Primarschule Rheineck.

Between 19.-23. Mai 2025, 150 young students will develop activities related to the Biodiversity topic in their school and surroundings. The school grounds will also be improved revitalised and improved towards a more nature-friendly biotope, which will include a planting action. Our Verein will support to the existing effort, by sponsoring 25 new plants – mostly a mix of endemic bushes and smaller trees – and by participating in the planting with a group of children and their teachers. We are looking forward to this nice activity!

The “Tiefbauamt” (Civil Engineering Department) of the town of Rheineck will remain, as owner of the space, responsible for the maintenance of the new plants.

What's included?

As a reference, a 100 CHF donation can cover between 20 and 300 trees, depending on project partner. This amount covers planting, monitoring and administration costs.
