Planting organisation, Restoration

100 new plants for forest and water catchment restoration

One of our project partners, Ecological Balance in Cameroon, as kicked off another community-based restoration effort.

We’ve supported them before and, this time, sponsored over 100 trees that were planted in the Chikeke catchment area, to improve the quality of the water system and surrounding margins. We are looking forward to supporting their good work further.

A donation or yearly membership sponsors our work - in Switzerland and abroad - and a minimum number of trees, planted together with our network partners.

What's included?

As a reference, a 100 CHF donation can cover between 20 and 300 trees, depending on project partner. This amount covers planting, monitoring and administration costs.

Donations to REFORESTATION WORLD are tax deductible within Switzerland, following the official tax-exemption granted by the authorities of the Canton of Zurich.

Is your organisation involved in reforestation or forest ecosystem restoration? Do you have an active, ongoing project that you would like to show to others and can provide information about it? Then we would like to hear from you!

The process has no costs for you, but involves a detailed review by our team. If the assessment is positive, your organisation will be added to our website as a network member and becomes eligible for support by Reforestation World.
